• Consult with clients to identify and address organizational and operational issues

• Review key performance indicators and business objectives to design future state process

• Provide vision and leadership to technology enable client’s HR processes

• Develop short-range and long-range technology roadmaps that align HR strategic goals and fit within a budget

• Provide expertise to assist clients with technology decisions

• Develop operational metrics to leadership monthly

• Gather requirements from the HR and Business Community to apply technology to enhance current processes or implement new service offerings

• Design and deliver processes that solve problems, lead to efficient operations, and support the business needs of HR and employee population

• Partner with client IT or third-party vendors  to configure systems and develop integrations​

• Create procedures for new processes and functionality

• Create simplified and repeatable processes for system users​

• Support teams that will administer HR activities and inter-related functions such as payroll and finance

• Implement and maintain internal controls

• Fulfill change management, communication, and training needs​
